I have been going to L&R for services for over 10 years now and I have never been disappointed. They are always professional, friendly, honest, and highly skilled in diagnosing and repairing my vehicles. But recently the owner went above and beyond the call of duty. I was stranded with a dead battery in the bitter cold and he came out to my location with a new battery to get me going so I could get home. Subsequent diagnosis of the problem revealed a bad alternator. It was replaced and my old battery was warranteed out with no charge to me. Just one example of the outstanding service provided by L&R. Honesty and good customer service is a rare commodity these days. Thank you L&R.
